Organic barley produces the ultimate natural quality, flavoursome malt with natural characteristics unlike any other.
Sourced from the heart of France. Sown the traditional way, without any added mineral fertiliser or fungicides, the crop is allowed to grow only to be influenced by the weather, the local environment and natural nutrients in the soil.
It does, however, have a lower yield in comparison to non-organic barley, but this only serves to further promote organic barley as a truly rare and sought-after ingredient.
