Description

Our Vienna Malt is made with selected top-quality 2-row spring barley. The malting recipe is unique and supports the formation of a golden color. The adapted and extended kilning recipe provides balance and depth in your beer, while also creating bready, sweet flavors.

Versatile and expressive, Vienna Malt shines both as a way to soften and round out hop-forward styles like IPAs and as a flavorful foundation for Vienna lagers, American IPAs, kellerbiers, kölsch, and helles. With a color range of 5–10 EBC, it can be used at 100% or in any proportion to elevate your grain bill.
