Citrus Infusion Malt
Citrus Infusion Malt is made by incorporating real orange, lemon, and lime during malting, producing a bright, fruity, and aromatic wort. Ideal for a wide range of beers, it works especially well in non-alcoholic recipes, hop-forward styles like IPAs and Pale Ales, and light, zesty beers such as Witbiers, Saisons, and Lagers. This malt adds refreshinga complexity and vibrant citrus character to your brews.

Chocolate Spice Roasted
Malt
Roasted malt crafted with warming spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger, balanced by a smooth chocolate character from gentle roasting. Designed to add depth and complexity, it works especially well in darker ales such as porter, stout, and mild, as well as lagers like bock and märzen. Recommended usage is up to 20% of the grist. Due to the inclusion of cinnamon, use neutral, non-phenolic yeast strains. Avoid POF+ yeasts (such as saison, Belgian styles, and distillers yeast).

Sage & Thyme Infused Malt
Sage & Thyme Infusion Malt is made from 2-row spring brewing barley. It contains full enzymatic activity and can therefore be used as a base malt without any consequences for starch conversion. This malt is infused with sage and thyme, bringing soft, savory aromas and flavors from the beautiful and complex combination of these herbs.

Infusion Malt
Gingerbread Cookie Infusion Malt is made from 2-row spring barley and infused with cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, clove, all spice, and black pepper during malting. It delivers warm, festive spice aromas and adds a cozy yet spicy flavor layer to your beers. We advise not to combine this malt with POF positive yeast strains and keep hop additions moderate at lower inclusion levels to let the gingerbread character shine.
