Pure local
The Pure Local team is a group of motivated Belgian farmers, maltsers and agronomists who want to bring brewing barley back to the Belgian soils. With a passion for nature, cereals and regenerative farming practices we manage to grow high quality barley on our soil. Protecting our natural sources and climate are key.
PRODUCT DEMO
CREATIVE SERIES
In the Creative Series we experiment with different ingredients and tastes to generate new malts. This time, we malted barley with an infusion of winter spices.
ROUTE DU MALT
In and around Gembloers you can now walk and cycle along the ‘Route du Malt’, a network of 5 cycling and 8 walking routes that lead you from the barley fields and along farms to the local malt house and four breweries, where you can enjoy a beer brewed with locally grown and malted barley.
